I use converter TuneCab, it has YouTube Ripper.
How to use YouTube Ripper:
Download and install TuneCab Ultra.
Open YouTube video in Internet Explorer -> Tools -> Rip YouTube file embedded in this page.
The video will be downloaded automatically and converted by TuneCab Ultra.

Here is a instraction how to use VideoGet:

Stepconvert youtube 1. Open VideoGet.
2. Now go to one of VideoGet supported video websites. Find the video that you'd like to download (to watch on your TV!).
3.After you've selected your video (simply copy the URL address to the video), click the blue button on the top-left that has a "+" sign. This will open the window. Paste or type the URL address to your video and press "OK"!

But before you click that, choose what file format you want your file to be converted to.
