My Ipod touch is recognised as Unknown Device and it does not have driver software installed, and my computer dosn't have it anywhere under apple or itunes anywhere either. wherte can i download it independantly?
First try different USB papple device usb driver downloadorts, if it is recognized on a different USB port, then most likely that the port is damaged.
Secondly, another way to find out is if you try another USB wire and use one that works, if it works, the your USB wire is damaged.
