Resized can that local jewelry store send it back to helzberg without telling me since I haven't been paying on it?
You can run but you can't hide, they will eventually find you and that set will cost you even more. Go return it and stop being a thief and ruining your credit.

I assume that you did your financing of a method other than them? Most jewelers wont let you leave with a piece of jewelry that isn't paid for. Or, did you get some kind of credit from them?
Though you should be paying on it, if you're worried take it elsewhere to get it resized. There would be no reason for them to send ihelzberg jewelryt back to Helzberg, they would need a Subpoena for that.
how would they even know that unless you tell them? but even if they did know it, no they couldn't do that. however, they may not wish to size it for you if you did not buy it from them.
why aren't you paying for what you bought? that is not a good way to start a new life.
