Then you will be able to watch videos in youtube

that happened to me before what i ended up having to do was take my computer can not install flash playerto best buy and the fixed my problem
restart your computer, if your still having troubles just switch to google chrome.
Did you download, exit your browser and then run the install like you're supposed to?
